Training Organizational Improv skills to corporate and non-profit teams, using the core principles of improvisational theater, including Yes-And listening and Got Your Back teamwork to increase productivity, enhance creativity, more effectively deal with conflict resolution, create empathy, and solidify camaraderie in the workplace while also improving communications amongst team members. Have led workshops and multi-part training events for Parsons, Alku, VM Ware, Boston Properties, Caboose Brewing, Jewish Community Center of Northern Virginia, K12 Insight, Leadership Fairfax, Lonza, Washington County Library System, Potomac Field Hockey, Wealth Engine, GSK Pharmaceuticals, Design for DC, and Ellucian. Teach six-week improv courses with Reflex Improv multiple times per week in suburban areas throughout the Washington DC Metro area, including Fairfax, Reston, Mosaic District, Arlington, and Annapolis. Have taught over fifty improv courses of all skill levels with Washington Improv Theater in DC.
