Proxy for District Manager.• Perform administrative managerial duties for district.• Assist with district budget and policy adherence. • Perform Business Line Reviews with customers.• Perform interviews.• Moderate district conference calls.• Attend customer relations/sales meetings.• Work with sales, technical support, applications, and operations support to ensure cross-functional department communication.• Mentor and develop talent.• Coordinate service calls, installations, modifications, and periodic maintenance for district engineers.• Manage engineer on call schedule.• Continue role as Service Engineer. Service Engineer:• Provide onsite service repairs, periodic maintenance procedures, modifications, and installations for automated hematology analyzers, slide making/staining instruments, digital microscopes, sedimentation analyzers, urology analyzers, and automation lines.• Create and maintain strong customer relationships with management and key personnel.• Consult with customers regarding service contracts.• Work closely with sales and application team members to address customer needs and maintain customer satisfaction.• Provide sales team with leads for instrument sales.• Attend customer meetings with sales team to maintain customer base and increase market share.• Mentor new employees.
