I am also a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America located in Hyde Park N.Y. I worked as a Chef in San Francisco, Miami, Colorado Springs & Bradenton, FL. On January 2019 the American Culinary Federation Tampa Bay Chapter held its annual dinner & award ceremony at the historic Harrison Fort Hotel in Clearwater, Florida. At the awards I was named Chef Educator of the Year. On May 2018 made an appearance on Tampa Bay # 1 health talk show "Lets talk nutrition" I Heart radio Whnz 1250 AM it is streamed around the world. I Entered Maple Leaf Farms’ 2015 Discover Duck Chef Recipe Contest, My submission was one of the Top 20 finalist recipes of the professional chef contest. I Catered a private dinner party for John Travolta in his Ocala home 2006. In 2003 I was scheduled to appear on Late night with Davis Letterman. In 1999 won first place for breakfast category Turkey with a Twist sponsored by the National Turkey Federation. In 1984 made several appearances The Matt & Jeff Show which was the # 1 Morning show in Rochester, NY Talk Radio 950 AM WBBF.
