CurrentNew Hire administrator, Purchasing new computers, Laptops/desktops and peripherals keeping the IT stock room stocked for needs at multiple sites both foreign and domestic, creating a new images and deploying to all systems. Worked with Apple Business Manager and JAMF to deploy iSO systems. Edited and maintained an organized Active Directory with new user accounts, new pc objects and groups, and keeping them up to date. Added new users and licenses in Office 365 using Microsoft Admin Center, setup MFA in Azure. Took responsibility for most user issues including but not limited to Troubleshooting network issues, VPN issues, end-user device issues, and software issues. Helping to setup and using ticketing systems such as Manage Engine and Service now to track and resolve issues. Responsible for moving to a full remote and hybrid environment and developing tools and procedures to support users across multiple sites and at home. Assisted Server Administrator with infrastructure needs such as switch and other device instillation, and port management, turning on and disconnecting ports, purchasing and organizing patch panel cables. Helped oversee new infrastructure in new building from design to connectivity. Project manager for equipping dozens of conference rooms across multiple site locations with AV equipment from various outside vendors to meet user needs, from evaluating various vendor proposals to purchasing to construction and installation in a timely and organized manner.
