• Ensure that all operational standards and procedures are implemented at all times in the outlet• Manage 20 staff members comprising of 2 assistant managers, bakery, confectionery and cashiers• Conduct workplace procedures in line with the BCEA and Labour Relations Act• Manage performance• Carry out all the financial procedures of the outlet (cash-ups, floats, banking)• Assist customers and deal with customer complaints to ensure that they are managed effectively• Manage and lead by example, have a hands-on approach and open-door management policy

Ensure that all operational standards and procedures are implemented at all times in the outlet • Manage 21 staff members comprising of 1 assistant manager, 7 cashiers and 13 kitchen staff • Manage the staff rosters to ensure that the outlet has sufficient staff at all times for the various shifts. Ensure that all timesheets are signed off monthly • Manage daily sign-on registers and leave applications • Motivate and train staff, ensuring that the skills levels are up to head office standards and requirements • Conduct workplace procedures in line with the BCEA and Labour Relations Act • Manage performance and disciplinary procedures • Manage outlet’s stock levels according to company procedure (stock takes, stock control, ordering and receiving) • Stock counts are reconciled every day to ensure that the stock balances and explain the reasons for any variances • Carry out all the financial procedures of the outlet (cash-ups, floats, banking) • Manage various reports reflecting the daily and monthly sales, variances in stock, profit and loss • Assist customers and deal with customer complaints to ensure that they are managed effectively • Manage and lead by example, have a hands-on approach and open-door management policy
