Completion of competency exam and training program consistent with state and federal requirements. Certifications include CPR, FBI ClearanceAssist with activities of daily living, assessments, administering prescribed treatments and therapies, care coordination, communication with other members of the patient’s multidisciplinary team, supply management, emergency management, health promotion, and teaching and training family members.Construct detailed weekly reports outlining patient progress to facilitate patient optimal lifestyle.Evaluate patients living environment and provide guidance in maintaining a healthy, safe environment. This includes assisting with wheelchairs, and other medical equipment and devices (non-life support)Encourages the client to become as independent as possible according to the nursing care plan including promoting the client’s mental alertness through involvement of developmental activities.Primary responder of emotional and psychological support to the client and other members of the household. Establishes a relationship with client and family which exudes trust and confidence while maintaining client and family confidentiality.
