As a line cook at The Special Restaurant, I am responsible for setting up the kitchen, reading tickets, cooking menu items, communicating with servers, and closing duties. I work from 8:00am to 2:00pm, preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner for our customers. I have been in this role for over a year and a half, and I have developed punctual, leadership, and teamwork skills.In my work, I collaborate with my colleagues to ensure that we have everything stocked, cooked, and ready to serve. I also call out anything I need from them and fix any mistakes we might have made. I enjoy talking to the servers in the window and making sure they have everything they need. I value customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency, and I strive to deliver the best food possible. I am eager to learn new skills and techniques, and I welcome feedback and suggestions.
