Current• Taking over service tickets from work applications, emails, and tasks based on urgency and deadlines according to work procedures;• Coordinating maintenance for sound and video equipment in a timely manner, ensuring specific customer SLAs;• Receiving and entering orders in Oracle Service Cloud as well as documenting them;• Placing orders for for sound and video equipment;• Organizing the work schedule of field technicians, according to priority, customer type, and urgency level of each service ticket;• Providing to the customer the date when the technician should arrive, as well as the ETA on the equipment delivery;• Investigating accounts and providing support for other internal departments;• Checking/updating open tickets and informing customers about the status of the service call;• Escalating issues to the appropriate department along with a detailed note;• Proactive approach to anticipate and prevent scheduling conflicts;• Participating in clean-up projects, data updates, or backlog processing;
