The Kings Lynn Community Football Program currently delivers to over 1500 children each week. It has 6 full-time members of staff, 8 part-time staff and over 10 volunteers. It offers schools a range of sporting activates including football, tennis, cricket, archery and speed stacking to name a few. These activities are offered as either curriculum, extra curriculum, out of school hours or as holiday activities.My role is to organise the set up of the program with the sports and initiatives on offer. Manage the staff with their qualifications and delivery of sessions. Seek new funding opportunities to allow the program to develop. Manage work experience students from both high school and college. Report to the committee on a monthly basis (Which includes Head teachers, Head's of Sport, Sport partnership mangers and representative parents) with updates on the program, staff and AOB.

Managing the Elite Football Program which consisted of squads from U9 - U19. The responsibilities include:- Manage the recruitment of players through schools and clubs into player evaluations.- Manage the standard of coaches and coaching within each age group.- Organise a quality games program which enables the players to showcase themselves to both semi-professional & professional football clubs.- Offer annual tours to visit and train with professional clubs in the UK and Europe.- Build relationships with clubs from a range of levels to offer routes both into and out of the elite football program.- Build a clear player pathway where all abilities can access quality, structured coaching sessions.- Maintain the high standard of the programme with on going developments.
