As a member of the CBRE Reno industrial team, Dan Buhrmann specializes in brokerage services for industrial properties as well as land zoned for industrial uses. Dan’s experience in industrial brokerage includes both landlord and tenant representation focused on the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of improved properties and land acquisition for built-to-suit and speculative development projects. A partial list of clients Dan has had the privilege to serve include Dermody Properties, Ferguson Enterprises, Inc., Horizon USA, Logistics and Distribution Services, Panattoni Development Company, Voit Development Company and Westcon Group North America. Dan joined the CBRE Reno team in March of 2009. Dan brings extensive experience from past careers with Grubb & Ellis and Nextel Communications. Dan's primary responsibilities include marketing, leasing and sales exclusively of industrial/industrial flex properties and industrial land in the greater Northern Nevada market.
