I am a highly reliable, ambitious and hardworking person who is always eager to learn. I care about every piece of work I complete and will always put in the maximum effort to achieve the task to the highest standard. During my career I have worked in various different roles and industries, starting out as an Apprentice Project Manager I ran various different projects related to the building and installation of TVM's and Self Service Kiosks across the country. I then switched companies and became a Project Manager, working on a project linked to the tailoring and delivery of software packages to customers around the globe. I have since switched from Waterfall and moved onto Agile Methadologies, where at first I worked as a Scrum Master in the Financial Services industry. While being a Scrum Master I worked with multiple teams and engineers around the world acting as a servant leader and guiding the teams into using Scrum effectively. I have also been working as a Lead Agilist working across a larger portfolio of teams experimenting with different agile Methadologies to ensure the teams are working in the most effective manager. I have also taken on a broader responsibility working with Project Managers and managing the delivery of multiple teams across a large Product Area. Part of this role has been creating metrics and reporting to leadership on the progress of the various projects across this Product Area.
