Current● Establish and maintain trust with store management at 16 large-format accounts, through daily relationship building and concise, consistent communication.● Manage and coach a team of merchandisers and design their work day to maximize efficiency and effective service at store level, producing emails daily with detailed instructions regarding their day-to-day workload.● Forecast inventory consumption, in order to effectively maintain in-stocks at shelf and display locations.● Utilize profit feedback reports to review with key decision makers, identifying deficit areas of consumer lift, as well as doubling in-store initiatives to drive growth.● Consistently delivers monthly and quarterly sales objectives, growing overall revenue upwards of 109%, totaling in over 2.5 million per year
