• Support the ~600K member Northern California Medicare line of business, with a portfolio of 40 initiatives that aim to transform care for our members with evidence-based, and technology-enabled models of care.• Assist the Executive Director in communicating with key operational stakeholders and senior leadership, cultivating new initiatives, and expediting execution of the portfolio.• Collaborate with Finance, clinical departments, Decision Support, and senior leadership to assess and forecast quality and financial impact of the NCAL Medicare portfolio.
