I have 10+ years in the Auto industry in Michigan. I also have a couple years in the aerospace industry as well. Worked on the line as a production team member as well as a team leader. Switched to Quality to enhance my knowledge of breaking down the process to try to get a full spectrum of what goes into a successful process. I Worked hard and diligently to recieve an offer into a full time leadership position where iam today. I have always thrived on learning as much as I can where iam as well as expanding my knowledge to help team members and everyone else grow and get better. There's always room for improvement!
