I am currently the Program Director for Senior Life Solutions at McLaren Caro Region hospital. SLS is an intensive outpatient group therapy program. As Program Director, I am responsible for the day-to-day operations of the program as well as overseeing staff and patient care. In my 13 years as an RN, I have worked in SICU, NICU, ICU, CVU, Med-Surg, acute rehab, and as a travel nurse. Most recently I was a charge nurse in a very busy emergency room.I am currently planning on continuing my education to obtain a dual masters degree in business administration and nursing leadership in healthcare administration.
