Through developing a culture of zero loss in the liquid milk department, we deliver measured month on month improvements in performance across safety, quality & cost. Safety – ensuring for my lead team this is their primary focus, driving consistently high level of near miss & new hazard reporting to identify improvements needed to drive the Zero injury strategy. Cost - Reduced downtime on fresh milk bottling process from 45% to 8% in 12 months. Cost - Loss reduction program delivered $1.8 million savings & 90% reduction in plastic packaging waste. Quality - High Right First Time with month on month result regularly at 100%. Quality – 75% reduction in consumer complaints. Leading the industrialisation step of new high value innovative dairy products for the business.
