This role is responsible for providing daily supervision of the Workforce Planning function, offering anescalation point for the team of Schedulers and Staffing Assistants, ensuring effective delivery scheduling and workforce planning activities and processes. Working closely with the Attractions Department at SeaWorld and all areas across SeaWorld Resort, I would draft and publish operational rosters for the business ensuring alignment with the requirements of the business, award, operational and financial targets. Along with this came the responsibility of actioning of leave and replacements as well as rostering requirements in support of the onboarding of new employees across the business overall requiring a high level of time management and prioritisation to meet strict deadlines.
