· The planning, scheduling, implementation & coordination of quality built homes from development through final construction on a timely & economical basis. · Involvement in managerial oversight of homes.· Selection, coordination, oversight & management of people, materials, budgets, schedules & contracts.· Oversee the scheduling, delivery & use of materials, the quality of construction, worker productivity & compliance with building/safety codes. Maintain safe, clean and compliant job sites· Understand contracts, plans, construction methods & regulations· Schedule and manage subcontractors and subcontractor relationships in order to build homes on schedule and close on time.· Identify and resolve field, contract and construction conflicts.

· Establish and maintain relationships with home owners, understanding their financial and lifestyle needs of their home. · Responsible for creating project estimate based on plans and specifications and bids obtained from vendors and subcontractors· Weekly interaction with homeowners on selections and allowance item criteria· Ensure that both health and safety plans are enforced.· Ensure project is completed on time and all contractual obligations are fully satisfied

· Review plans and specifications for construction feasibility and advise project teams of issues or deficiencies· Ensure job site safety requirements are understood and implemented by all personnel· Daily communication meetings with executive management· Ensure work is being completed per plans, specs and owner’s satisfaction· Responsible for cost/quality control of the project· Understand subcontractor scopes and contractual verbiage· Scheduling/planning with subcontractors and vendors to meet schedule

· Scheduling of subcontractors, vendors and suppliers to meet schedule target dates· Ensure that project is constructed per plans, specs and special requirements/inspections· Ensure quality is preserved and budget is maintained· Implementation of overall safety of the project· Establish positive relationships with owners and owner’s representatives
