I am currently working on our overall Workload and planning view for all stores - this involves working with various functions across the business to ensure we have planned the right level of work in store and that we are launching campaigns at the relevant times throughout the year. Not only this but we plan in workload free weeks for all stores to give them much needed time to catch up on anything outstanding in their store.Within this role I also work with our Product Life Cycle team to help plan mark downs and clear stock at the right time of the year giving stores much needed space for all newness.

Within Store Operations I worked very closely with our Commercial Teams along with supporting various functions within the business. My main role was situated around communications such as our weekly store Bulletin which captured all task and news that we needed our stores to action or cascade. I also handled various daily and weekly planned communications to all stores across the estate.I handled other tasks within this role such as price change activity, workload planning, impulse implementation, general internal and external comms and supporting new starters within the business.
