Daniel has spent the last decade training clinical, business, and lay people all over the United States to be more effective communicators, and to achieve their goals. Daniel is the CEO of Changing Behavioral Health, a comprehensive behavioral health service providing care for seniors, adults, adolescents, and children.. Daniel manages a clinical staff of specialists that provide inpatient care at skilled nursing facilities, onsite school mental health services and comprehensive play therapy assessment and clinical services for children. Changing Behavioral health is focused on providing mental health services for rural communities and their schools and hospitals. Daniel is the CEO at Sioux Falls Hypnosis where his staff provides hypnosis services specializing in weight loss, smoking cessation, stress management, mood management and performance improvement. Sioux Falls Hypnosis offers hypnosis, and NLP certification programs for the Master Hypnotist Society and the National Board of Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists.Daniel is the current president of the Master Hypnotist Society. MHS has members, and trainers accross the U.S. and Canada. The mission of MHS is to provide training, certification, and support services to both clinical and lay hypnotists who are working to be more effective and successful.

Served in state manager, regional manager and regional clinical director roles prior to becoming the Chief Clinical Officer. Developed and managed behavioral health operations and clinical training program. Developed, founded and managed operations for a group of retail family medical clinics with multiple locations across four states. Clinics were opened in cooperation with pharmacy and grocery store chains.
