Café Orr is a Large size cafe (1500sf) in the Plateau-Mont-Royal est in Montreal that is open 7am-11pm 7days a week and caters for the creative community of filmmakers, visual artists, and entrepreneurs, it has a built in Cinema area and most of the baristas are in the film/visual arts fields.

2017 - Initial BIM manager for the St-Jérôme hospital for mental health. Team-based at Provencher Roy Architects offices as part of a consortium with YMA architects. BIM manager at YMA has extended responsibilities and involvement in each project and is in charge of initiating and forming modeling strategy for all Revit projects responsibilities include; extensive modeling and scheduling studies during the preliminary stage, in-house family content creation, heading the collaboration with other disciplines and ongoing training and support for all team members.YMA 2017 resolution was for all new building projects regardless of scale to use Revit from conception to construction including construction documentation and detailing.Projects initiated since march 2015 range from individual housing to large-scale residential projects, and most notably a new construction of a mental health hospital at St-Jerome near Montreal.

Responsibilities:- Create initial Revit Project setup with workflow documents- Initiate Model(s) for each project and prepare for production team - Work as part of a BIM/CAD support team to achieve consistent results- Regular model management administration and maintenance, - Provide REVIT support - Over-the-shoulder assistance, developing and training staff- Content creation: Parametric component and nested families - Integration of REVIT products with other applications

- Project support to enable process optimization; Create order and discipline using Revit workflows. - Technologist for construction drawings, details and parametric modelling.- Creation of a series of Revit graphic guides to some of the more complex procedures.- Established a regular maintenance and backup schedule for the firm’s Revit projects.
