CurrentAs a former prosecutor in Chester County and currently as a defense attorney, I offer clients experience from both sides of the criminal justice system. I have been with the firm since leaving the Chester County District Attorney's Office in 2000. I am a partner in our firm, and currently head Lamb McErlane's Criminal Law Department. I have defended clients against allegations of all levels of felony and misdemeanor charges. My courtroom trial experience as a defense attorney includes defense of charges ranging from felonies including homicide, rape, burglary, robbery, white-collar crime and aggravated assault to misdemeanors of DUI, theft and drug-related offenses. Regardless of the offense, I recognize that any allegation of criminal activity is serious and can have a devastating impact on a client's life. I have developed a specialty of helping navigate and counsel clients through the often harsh criminal justice system. I represent clients in counties including Chester, Delaware, Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, Berks and Lancaster.In addition to my litigation practice in criminal defense, I represent numerous area businesses as well as individuals in personal injury litigation and wrongful death actions. Additionally, I received an Estate Planning certificate from Temple University's Graduate Tax Program which I bring to bear in counseling clients.
