This role is responsible for providing the WOW factor to external customers / users / stakeholders through intuitive and beautiful design and innovative development- Leading the full product design, development, build, infrastructure and delivery pipeline.- Supervising a team of technical developers and designers- Designing a stunning and consistent user interface and experience for SleepFit programs and products- Oversee production of creative assets for the product suite including animations, videos, graphics, etc.- Leading product ideation processes and phases through workshops internally and externally with partners focusing on feasibility, desirability and viability of proposed solutions- Wireframe and prototype solutions to support product testing and validation processes.- Architect and scope “Minimum Loveable Products” – ensuring solution and timeline sign-off is given by all key SleepFit and external stakeholders- Driving the build of the products, ensuring the build is implementing the architecture, design and business requirements of the product- Utilising and leading agile methodology for product development- Ensuring the latest technology and innovations are kept up with and implemented where appropriate in the SleepFit product ecosystem. - Managing all elements of product security, InfoSec, and accreditation, ensuring secure development practices are adhered to- Forming an ongoing product roadmap to capture latest developments / releases / future directions- Presenting the latest product features, releases and roadmap to key SleepFit stakeholders- Supporting ongoing platform maintenance/updates- Delegating, investigating and implementing appropriate solutions for product technical complaints, incidents and bugs - Overseeing all product releases to production- Managing all product infrastructure to meet the requirements of the product, ensuring support, availability and security.- Manage product, development and infrastructure budgets

I was the Co-founder at Mammal, where I led the technology, covering the full interactive solution development, architecture, technology and infrastructure.Mammal was a social marketplace for professional artists to present their craft as an immersive experience, intimately connect to their audiences and leverage emotional engagement to sell artwork. More importantly we’re pushing a social mission to provide artists with a viable alternative to exclusive gallery representation; aiming to improve artist’s living standards.

I work independently as a Freelance Interactive Designer and Developer for a range of startups and companies. I have taken on a broad range of projects to challenge myself and endeavour to produce an outcome that captures the vision of the client. Notable clients include Genius Tech Group, Organic Response, Fairfax Media, UN Youth, The University of Melbourne, Newbies International, Tundra, Monash University and SportsIQ.

I lectured Interactive development for the Bachelor of Design (Animation and Interactive Media) course at RMIT University and travelled to Kunming, China to lecture for 2 weeks.RMIT is a global university of technology and design and Australia's largest tertiary institution.

I led the UX/UI design and development for Dubsat, a multinational media distribution company. I was responsible for the UX/UI design, development and direction across all Dubsat Products, covering web, desktop and mobile platforms and devices. I mentored and grew a team of talented UX/UI personnel, to further streamline the UX/UI across all products, bringing them more closely aligned. I often presented the UX/UI to executive, business stakeholders and clients, in support of product managers and the broader devops team. This involved demonstrations, discussions and workshops. Notable projects include MediaPro USA, MediaPro USA Mobile/Tablet apps and MediaPro AU/NZ iPhone app.Dubsat (now Adstream) was a media distribution company for broadcast, radio and print media. Dubsat provided a suite of products to allow agencies, post-production studios, publications and broadcasters to contribute, distribute and manage their media.

I was a computational designer at Dubsat, where I prototyped, designed and developed user interfaces for desktop, web and mobile applications across the enterprise. I heavily utilised Object-Oriented programming principles and standard frameworks/patterns in order to programmatically create and enhance the user experience. A variety of technologies were used, giving me a broad experience.
