A member of the University’s IT leadership team directing the design, delivery and operations of the organisation’s enterprise applications, services and infrastructure in support of 9,000+ staff and 55,000+ students across multiple sites.The Enterprise Technology team comprises of over 150+ staff spanning across all data center and network technologies, AWS platforms, RPA and Integration CoE’s, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle and custom application development teams as well as project delivery capability delivering >$30m in funded projects per annum.Providing thought leadership and advice to the CIO and other senior executives whilst being able to working closely with architecture and delivery teams to enable the provision of innovative solutions that enable the businesses to meet its strategic and operational objectives.

As Associate Director, Infrastructure, I lead the University's IT Infrastructure group whilst also serving as a member of the ITS leadership team and Swinburne Senior Leadership Group.The IT Infrastructure team supported the University's Network, Server and Storage, Data Centre, DBA, IT Security and SOE functions; providing core IT services to over 5,500 University staff and 40,000 students across five campuses. This roles also involved providing strategic advice to University's senior executives along with project board responsibilities across a number of organisational programs of work.Within this role, I oversaw a number of major projects, including the University's Cloud Enablement Project, Identity and Access Management Project and Major Network Refresh Program.
