Updated 5/8/22After more than three years continuous travel around the world on my motorcycle, I ended up being stuck in Brasil for over nine months due to the Covid pandemic. Not wanting to abandon my beloved motorcycle and fly home, I waited it out and eventually shipped my motorcycle back to the United States and flew to the port at Galveston to meet it in November 2021. Buoyed by a job offer in Denver, I decided to work at Woodys Wheel Works, a company that had sponsored me and provided custom wheels for my motorcycle. On the second day back riding in the US, I was attacked by a pair of adult javelinas and ended up with a crushed left leg. More than a year in a wheelchair while undergoing five surgeries to attempt a repair, I am finally able to stand and walk some. Am planning on returning to Ohio in the Summer.
