I have seen first hand the beautiful dreams that are being discussed to try and assist the efforts, unfortunately a lot of these dreams are not feasible in the short term. I am a dreamer, but I have my feet firmly grounded in reality. Yes in the future we will reach those beautiful goals, but till then, I repeat, Best Effort First.
