Daniel P. Contreras, a dedicated filmmaker, editor, and co-founder of the streetwear brand Disciples of Valor, has always embraced challenges. Growing up in the Dotte area and attending Ward, he moved to Kansas City, Missouri, just before the Covid-19 pandemic, where his interest in politics took root. Inspired by the presidential debates and events leading up to January 6th, he joined the Jackson County Republican Party, driven by a passion for truth and civic duty.Now running for state representative for District 23 in Missouri, Daniel's focus is on protecting the truth and ensuring citizens receive accurate information. His campaign is built on thorough research, a love for the nation, and a commitment to offer real solutions for the community. With a background in creative media and branding, he leverages his skills to document his journey and express a clear, authentic message.Daniel's passion for public service stems from seeing the nation’s current path and a desire to act rather than remain on the sidelines. His experience growing up in Kansas City’s diverse communities, combined with his background in media and fashion, offers a unique perspective on leadership.
