I currently contribute with consultancy and am ready for new challenges. Below is a brief summary of my history. I was a proprietary partner in medium-sized industry for the manufacture of steel and engineering services. Direct management of the production, logistics, engineering and external services sectors was my main responsibility. Skills as a leader and entrepreneur were developed, such as influencing teams, motivating people, empathy, strategic vision, self-esteem, sales, visualizing market signals, setting goals and macro control. The challenges facing different economic scenarios motivated me to develop new markets by creating new products, always seeking to add value to the brand. For this, it was necessary to learn and manage effectively in the implementation of new concepts of technical sales, production and engineering, publicizing the brand at events in basic schools, engineering weeks, fairs and technical congresses. Assiduous participation in technical standards committees. I created patents for parts and systems, generating competitive advantages for the company. One of my wishes, giving courses and lectures, was conducted through publications in technical events, always with a focus on the dissemination of knowledge, catechizing the concept, product and brand.
