Prior to joining the Booking.com team, I worked as a Real Estate Sales Agent and Brand Ambassador in New York City, and was a business owner in Brazil and Orlando. My work experience gave me a panoramic business view, and an understanding of the bigger picture is essential when thinking critically to solve problems on the spot and communicate effectively.Over the years, I gained extensive experience on handling tough and complex conversations successfully.
