Prior to joining the Booking.com team, I worked as a Real Estate Sales Agent and Brand Ambassador in New York City, and was a business owner in Brazil and Orlando. My work experience gave me a panoramic business view, and an understanding of the bigger picture is essential when thinking critically to solve problems on the spot and communicate effectively.Over the years, I gained extensive experience on handling tough and complex conversations successfully. My work experience also taught me excellent time management, and to take ownership at my job.My strong work ethic is one of my biggest assets: I always go above and beyond to accomplish my goals, and don’t give up! I have a “can-do” attitude that has helped me to contribute positively to my team and work environment.I am also very proactive, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
