PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUNDMr. McSweeney has 35 years of experience in the field of land use and governmental planning. His major areas of concentration have been municipal and governmental planning and land use development for private sector clients.EXPERIENCEMr. McSweeney has successfully completed diverse land planning assignments for numerous governmental entities and private clients. During the past four decades, he has authored master plans; comprehensive land development ordinances; zoning, subdivision and site plan ordinances and special planning studies for numerous municipalities. He has been responsible for the preparation and supervision of hundreds of land development plans for attached and detached residential communities, retail, commercial, office and shopping center projects, industrial buildings and recreation complexes.
