I was impressed! I started to continue to apply ITIL best practices all across my professional work providing outstanding services & support to the stakeholders, becoming a certified ITIL Expert in 2017. In the same period, I discovered the agile world where I got certified in 2017 as Scrum Master and as Agile PM.⮩MY BACKGROUND⮨My educational background is a University of Applied Sciences Master degree in Business Engineering. I completed my Bachelor studies in business economy (HWV UAS of Zurich) with focus on Marketing in 1999. My professional career I started in 1991 at Swissair as revenue manager.
