I guess I liked ads before I realised they were ads. I used to cover my school books in torn pages of surfing magazines, plastered with logos and brands - these days I suppose kids just repost things on the 'gram. I went on to write for most of those publications I cut into pieces years earlier and like to think an piece of work with my name on it might of ended up glued to another kids maths book - on the other side of an ad, of course.I've been in the media industry for 10+ years all up, crossing into media strategy, planning & buying for the last 5. The ever deepening world of insights, analysis, tech & behavioural science has me hooked. I lead an end-to-end media offering as part of our integrated indie agency in the best city in the world (Newcastle, NSW) and am always keen to uncover opportunities of how I may be able to help drive real world outcomes for partners.My experience lists many sectors, including auto, retail, energy, property, utilities, government and tourism. And surfing, of course.
