We simply LOVE what we do!My duties include:• Managing and developing a busy perm commercial desk• Developing existing business relationships• Interviewing candidates and matching them to jobs they will LOVE!• Working to ISO quality standards• Carrying out sales activity; cold calling, attending client meetings and networking events, sourcing new business, following up leads, selling the benefits of using Jobwise both over the telephone and face to face

• Making calls• Organising functions• Taking payments from company accounts • Ensuring invoices are correct and up to date• Handling cash from guests and customers• Creating and maintaining reservations for in house system

• Valeting cars to a professional standard• Renewing expired company cars VAT certificates• Filing and sorting company cars VAT certificates• Updating in house system regarding VAT certificates

• Maintaining and updating network• Communicating between staff and pupils to resolve issues• Formatting new systems ready for new term• Updating database of systems with new installed computers/printers
