As the Category Insights Manager for NA, the responsibilities are but not limited to lead all the work from POS data, retailer data, Nielsen and syndicated data to connect the sales and marketing teams. Responsible for providing data on new, competitive opportunities within the hair and body categories.- Analyze and generate reports on sales data. included are weekly tracking reports, productivity reports and ad hoc reports.- Serve as the specialist on marketing and sales brand analytics. collect and organize intelligence product and category tests, new product introductions and promotions.- Assist as the primary data support person for line reviews, generating sales and marketing presentation slide and content to support the innovation ans the continued expansion of planograms and ACV.- Use point of sale data combined with syndicated market research data to assess the effectiveness of existing programs and recommend possible changes.- Support in managing the necessary internal resources, data, and shelf space allocation to conduct the annual line review and reset walkthrough for the businesses. Maintain accurate planograms.- Monitor retail price competitiveness and competitive price programs in various markets and strategic locations.- Look at new products and determine what impact they will have on existing products currently in distribution.
