His evolution from mix engineer to radio producer to department head to Latin culture influencer/tastemaker is evidence of the versatility & hustle needed to succeed in the industry.DC operated as the Head of Latin Music programming at TuneIn (@TuneIn) from 2017-2020. During that time, he was instrumental in creating and building a Latin Music department from the ground up, growing it into one of the top listened genres on the national platform in just 3 short years. By catering to his audience and the artists he featured alike, he established TuneIn as a “Must Visit spot” for any artist in town. With a finger on the pulse of the Latin music industry, he brought in talent from all corners of the world - Natti Natasha, Cazzu, Ivy Queen, CNCO, Ozuna and many more. He also worked tirelessly to cross-market the Latin division with other departments of the company to better educate the company on the impact of Latin culture and simultaneously expand the influence of the music through new cross-genre campaign initiatives. DC also served as the Latin Music Curator for Beatsource (@Beatsourceofficial), a worldwide service dedicated to elevate and educate DJs around the world on new music, while creating the next generation of technology that will allow DJs to make an impact In the music industry.
