Responsible for supporting and managing the ongoing development of Insurer relationships through the implementation and management of agreed product developments and service levels. Providing support to both Insurer and Affinity Partner account discussions though the production and analysis of commercial data, highlighting and recommending areas for both strategic and profitable development. I am also responsible for regular reviews of pricing and concessionairy discounts as well as managing and facilitating regular Broker audits. During my time in this role I have also had the opportunity to act as project lead on a number of major internal projects as well as providing support to more senior colleagues where required.
