•Daily operations and Oversight of Enterprise Security Systems(Genetec, Bosch, Costar, Vicon, DW) 60 facilities and the required servers both on prem & cloud nationwide.• Lead internal team in troubleshooting - network connections, camera outages, access and intrusion configuration, upgrading systems, server health & maintenance. •Oversaw dispatch for break fix from both internal team and contracted vendors on downed servers, camera replacements parts as necessary to keep aligned with local governing retention requirements , •Built out and troubleshooted 12 & 24v Low voltage Trove Enclosures for access control •Provided security project management for multiple projects simultaneously utilizing Bluebeam for Security Design Schematics and created security equipment scopes for vendors• Follow project through the life cycle, to ensure timely installation, completion , and then arrive for programming of the facilities in accordance with local requirements & ensure the work is satisfactory and compliant . • Liaison security SME for DOH or local governing inspections. •Other initiatives include coordinating with IT Team to ensure gear cybersecurity and compliance , updating IPs after hours , etc. •24/7.availability to include taking escalation calls from internal teams/ on call staff & after hours calls for mission critical issues and emergencies.
