Born just outside Motor City, Daniel grew up in the Midwest before serving in the United States Air Force as an Intelligence Operative. He leveraged his bachelors of science degree in Architectural Studies from Louisiana Tech University to win the 2017 ACSA Steel Competition and the Merit Award from the American Institute of Architects in 2016. Since, Daniel has transitioned into the financial side of architecture, mastering property management, wholesaling, and most recently, mortgage underwriting. Daniel specializes in large portfolio transactions and has brokered and/or underwritten approximately $600M in real estate transactions to date. A former amateur racing driver himself, Daniel is an avid follower of Formula One racing. He also enjoys art, architecture, music, and enjoys building just about anything. Currently, Daniel owns several small real estate related companies and works full time as a Mortgage Underwriter.
