I have extensive experience in the design and preparation of drawings and specifications for civil/site projects including parking lots, roadways, commercial buildings, communications towers, subsurface utilities, and drainage structures. I have also supervised survey, geotechnical and wetlands delineation I have worked with the Massachusetts Attorney Generals Office on Eminent Domain Taking cases as an Expert Witness in Civil/site design and permitting in Massachusetts.I have experience in residential and industrial subdivision design as well as construction inspection. He has designed and presented preliminary and definitive subdivisions, wastewater treatment plants, subsurface sewage disposal systems, tight tanks, and groundwater discharge permits to local and state agencies. I have aided in wetland delineations and impact studies of construction near wetlands as well as construction permitting and wetland crossings. I have designed over fifty residential and commercial subsurface sewage disposal systems including the utilization of mounded systems, pressure dosed, and alternative technologies, such as sand filters and Biological contactor chambers. These systems were designed in conformance with Title 5 of the State Sanitary Code. Mr. Campbell has also appeared before numerous local Boards of Health of the affected communities to present project designs and obtain necessary approvals.I have extensive experience in the preparation of Federal, state and local permit applications related to development projects. He is responsible for all aspects of environmental permitting and compliance, including local Town Boards, stormwater management, resource protection, wetlands, historical, and roadways.
