An ability to network and build relationships with all levels of personnel is one of my key strengths. Even today with the IT and mobile separation, business and sales are still ultimately achieved by knowing and trusting people. Sales can only be successful if those involved in the decision making trust and believe the individuals, not just the experience and reputation of the company. That is why I ensure levels of trust and rapport are developed appropriately at stakeholder level.I have been involved in sales and networking, technical underwriting and business development for over 8 years, within SME, London Market Real Estate and UK Real Estate. However, my belief is that regardless of the sector we work in, focus should always remain on building a trustworthy relationship between individuals.
