No decision is too small to go without input from every level of the team, and no team member is insignificant. A well-informed and properly trained team member is limitless in potential. The more they learn, the more they get involved, the more they contribute. My team and I have lead our Rent-A-Center location (Store #02569 in Princeton, WV) to 6 consecutive years of same-store-sales and portfolio growth, all while keeping our payment delinquency at historic lows. I have seen 5 team members be promoted and transferred from my store to lead team members in other stores, with all of them embracing the collaborative spirit that led them to their success. Without a team, a leader is nothing.
