Additional tasks may include conflict resolution, managing labor costs, and customer service.

Co-Managed a team of 30 returns material handling team members. Worked with product vendor representatives to coordinate the return of merchandise. Managed internal processes involved in crediting our stores for product returned as well as credit received for product returned to vendors. Tasks included conducting performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and monthly training sessions.
