Highlights include:- Led the transformation from non-advised to advised mortgage sales- Led two significant regulatory changes in Mortgage Market review (MMR) and Mortgage Credit Directive (MCD) - Led a team of seven and was responsible for oversight of mortgage advice along with creation and development of Training & Competence framework- Led the implementation of the first digital online mortgage application portal for brokers to enable full digital application submission - Led the mortgage asset growth from £75m to £216m and increasing annual gross lending performance from £15m to £70m- Created a targeted focus on mortgage brokers to increase broker distribution from 10% to 50% of new business submissions- Responsible for the development Lending Policy- Created the commercial lending framework and credit appraisal process- Co-creator of C-Change retrofit discount and launch of new renovation mortgage- Management and lead of core mortgage broker relationships including Buildstore, Mayflower Mortgages, Which, JP Maxwell etc

Responsibilities included finding new customers, managing existing business relationships and identifying new market opportunities. Highlights included:- In conjunction with BDM, increased commercial lending volumes to become a significant part of balance sheet growth - Creation and implementation of shared ownership mortgage along with other non-retail mortgage products- Management of a core mortgage broker relationships for retail lending to grow the B2B2C relationship- Creation and implementation of new lending and annual review commercial lending underwriting scorecard and referral process- Fully competent non-retail (commercial) mortgage underwriting across a variety of different credit appraisals
