Graduated from University of Bologna (Italy) in Social Science, member of the Climate KIC Alumni Association. In ART-ER I work in the area of Digital Transition, also supporting and managing training activities in Emilia Romagna Region.In Pop&Smart LTD I have managed innovative projects for SMEs. I have worked with several organizations in the area of the circular economy and training. I have designed, organised and managed funded courses at the regional and national level and support the development of new qualifications (ERASMUS+) on the basis of training needs and labour market analysis. Since 2008 I have worked in national and international project related to stakeholder engagement and behavioural change in social and energy-related projects aimed at sustainable development. More than 10 years of experience in handling project teams across Europe, in terms of Project composition, fundraising, management and development, cost control and financial statement. I have worked in Projects related to: • Training Need Analysis, competence mapping and development of training initiative in STEAM disciplines in Emilia Romagna Region. • Evaluation and reporting control of training projects funded by the European Social Fund in Emilia Romagna Region.• Training Need Analysis and competence mapping in young third-Country Migrants living in Group Homes (Italy, collaboration with a Group Home in Parma, 2015). • Sustainable Energy Action Plans - SEAP (realization of SEAPs: 10 cities in Italy, 4 in Belarus, support to NGOs in Ukraine and Rep. of Moldova) • Sustainable renovation of cities and citizens (EuropAid project “E4EM-Energy for eastern Mayors”, EBRD-European Bank for Reconstruction and Development project “Moldova: Urban Regeneration Market Study – Chisinau”, Implementation of policies to grow-up e-mobility IEE Project “e-mobility works”) • Behavioural change energy-related (EU-IEE projects: Energy Ambassador, Energy Neighbourhood I&II)
