Directed, planned, administered and supervised ship's force protection efforts, antiterrorism training for over 300 personnel, and predeployment certification programs. Provided guidance and coordinated unit's force protection programs, related exercises, and inspection to ensure consistency in policy, doctrine, and tactics. Worked closely with command, base, and ship security officers; nuclear, biological, and chemical defense officers; Naval Criminal Investigative Service; and civilian and military law enforcement personnel; and intelligence agencies.

Uss Green Bay (Lpd-20)

Responsible for leading over 30 personnel and managing the maintenance and repair of 4 main propulsion diesel engines, 5 diesel generators, and associated auxiliary equipment. Supervised the integration of the maintenance program with operating schedules, preparing standard procedures, initiating work requests and requisitioning repair parts.

Responsible for leading 8 personnel and directing operation, maintenance and repair of weapons and associated equipment. Established and supervised training programs, scheduled drills, and ensured readiness of equipment and spaces. Directed the proper care, handling, stowage and use of ammunition. Ensured compliance of all physical security guidelines and requirements.
