I am currently the Director of Operations for the Audit and Reporting practice of Buck Consultants. I am responsible for the overall financial operation of the practice including the infrastructure, staffing models and business development investments. My strong financial background has allowed me to oversee and conduct prescription drug audits, dependent eligibility audits, specialty audits including but not limited to insurance claims and enrollment. Before joining Buck, I was the Corporate Controller of a $300 million manufacturer for 19 years. I managed and had financial responsibility of five manufacturing facilities, developed business plans for new facilities, and overall responsibility of tax strategies along with the health and welfare plans for the corporation.
