As IT Service Delivery Manager for the First Title Insurance and Property businesses, I am responsible for all aspects of IT service and the delivery of key strategic projects.

Management of the external IT contracts (which included the outsourced infrastructure support and delivery, as well as telephony and print solutions). This also included the management of these suppliers and their delivery against SLA targets.I had responsibility for all Optima's IT infrastructure, its operational delivery and strategic IT investment.

The main focus of this role was the responsibility for the day to day management of the interaction between the outsourced infrastructure support supplier Capita and the Optima business.Additional tasks included planning major infrastructure updates including the introduction of SAN and virtualization technologies, and agreeing their support within the existing contract.I also worked with Microsoft to establish a base licensing position after the recent acquisitions and introducing a management tool for the control of software and hardware assets in the organisation.Strategic work included developing a 3-5 year plan for infrastructure and Microsoft applications.

I used my experience in Project Management (Prince 2 Practitioner), to implement large technical projects for IT reseller SICL. This included liaising with clients at a senior level and co-ordinating all the technical lines of service required to deliver the project.

Reporting into the Director of Operational Delivery I was responsible for technology projects required to support the overseas teams.
