•Responsible for the team’s daily direction setting. •Set the tone for the team. •Track quality variable along with CIL results issues are reviewed by the team leaders at the beginning of his/her shift. •Plan operational outage events such as Washes, Major washes, training, vendor training, vendor on site repairs with Techs watching, learning/helping. •Elimination of losses in the area due to leaks and wasted effort. •Standardize the work (i.e. morning clean up, change overs etc.) to reduce PR and RE losses. I used feedback from the team that was preforming the task the best (shortest time with best results) to structure a work schedule to complete the task.

•My daily (morning) work consists of working with the ODM on the DMS and the DDS. •Coaching the team leaders on what is expected and following up on outages. •Track the mechanical outages and assign work. •Coordinate on-site contractors and other vendor activities•Completed 54 projects totaling over $1MM of work in the Instant Business. •$260M saving project (Bottom Spout super sac) and will help eliminate a major SOC caused by the current method of dumping Super Sacs.•Responsible for the Asset list, FADO’s and all Projects for Packing, Process and Utilities. •Managed 10 plus projects each fiscal year, Projects that include: Purchasing new equipment for the lab, feeder valves for process, Hot water pic systems and AHU’s for Utilities. •Work closing with construction, preformed shop test, and completed Project books for each of the major projects I worked on.
