- Detect and identify problems with the equipment, testing them, researching and studying solutions and simulating changes in order to ensure the normality of work in all areas of the City Hall;- Install and test the equipment purchased by the City Hall, controlling the guarantee term and documentation of the same;- Assist users, providing technical support, providing them with information relevant to equipment.- Register and set priorities in answering complaints;- Manage or support the maintenance of computer equipment;- Provide solutions to consultations when necessary in order to restore the normality of services;- Identify problems in the network, detecting defects and providing technical assistance,when necessary, assisting in maintenance;- Perform control of technical assistance and maintenance in computerized reports to support the management ofmaintenance of information on the progress of services;- Control the stock of equipment spare parts;- Provide the rotation of the equipment, trying to avoid idleness and optimizing the use, according to the needs of the users;- Management of computer network resources;- Support institutionally licensed software and hardware and computer equipment allocated in the units;- Give instructions on basic and advanced applications in the computer area to servers;
