My main responsibilities are:• Responsible of monitoring commodity position of the company’s portfolio.• Reporting the portfolio exposure to the top management (Risk Committee).• Setting risk limits & allocate risk capital to the commodity portfolio• Developing hedging strategies in coordination with the Front Office team.• Responsible of P&L closing processes for both physical & financial commodities: Power, Gas, Coal, CO2 and FX, including both Conventional and Renewable Generation and Supply businesses (I&C, SME and PH).• Responsible of physical wholesale market settlements and invoicing related to Power (OMIE, REE) and Gas (ENAGAS, MIBGAS other counterparties)• Responsible of financial settlements and invoicing related to commodities.• Interface between Energy Management and Financial Dept (Accounting, Controlling,Tax and Treasury Areas)• Responsible for deal confirmation and EMIR reporting processes.• Responsible of Back Office activities in terms of third parties representation (renewables) and power plants metering and guarantees.• Leading a team of 12 people.
